Today, the Energy & Environment Legal Institute joined Americans for Prosperity, and several other organizations in an open letter to state legislators urging them to pass the Reliable, Affordable and Safe Power (RASP) Act.  The RASP Act is aimed at pushing back on “the Environmental Protection Agency proposed unprecedented regulation on our nation’s energy producers and threatened Americans’ access to affordable and reliable energy solutions.”
