‘The earth is not dying, it is being killed’

An environmental group aligned with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo just published a map of the “Names and Locations of the Top 100 People Killing the Planet,” a serious violation of privacy and potentially threatening, particularly when reading through the comments on the article.

“The earth is not dying, it is being killed, and those who are killing it have names and addresses,” reads a quote by Utah Phillips, at the beginning of the article.

The article by “Decolonial,” was sent out by the San Luis Obispo County Youth for Environmental Action, a radical environmental group operating at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California, a publicly-funded state university. San Luis Obispo County Youth for Environmental Action is planning a strike Friday, May 3.
