Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Republicans released emails between the Natural Resources Defense Council and U.S. EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy that they say show the group and agency colluded on a proposal for curbing greenhouse gases from power plants…
Also today, the Energy & Environment Legal Institute and the Free Market Environmental Law Clinic, which both support limiting regulation, wrote a letter to EPA Inspector General Arthur Elkins requesting that he investigate the role that NRDC and the Sierra Club played in influencing the agency’s greenhouse gas restrictions.
