CHESTERTOWN — Environmentalists, members of the agriculture industry, watermen and others interested in the health and future of the Chesapeake Bay attended a forum held by the Maryland Public Policy Institute Tuesday, Oct. 28 at Washington College.

The MPPI is a nonpartisan think tank that seeks to promote public policies “based on principles of free enterprise, limited government, and civil society,” according to its website.
