Law360, New York (August 4, 2016, 5:31 PM ET) — A conservative environmental litigation group said Thursday that a group of state attorneys general signed a “secrecy pact” meant to obstruct open-records requests as part of a political effort meant to silence climate change critics, an allegation the New York Attorney General’s Office is calling “utter nonsense.”
