A secret agreement between attorneys general regarding “climate change” failed to stay under wraps.

Earlier this year, more than a dozen state and territorial attorneys general announced an investigation of ExxonMobil and organizations to see if they’re misleading the public about climate change. At that time, attorney Chris Horner with the Energy & Environment Legal Institute filed Freedom of Information Act requests.

Following the release of information from the District of Columbia’s attorney general, Horner says the attorneys general not only planned to deliberations private, they wrote the agreement to go after other companies and organizations.
