Mary Chew, a 2015 Rutgers University School of Law-Camden Juris Doctorate Candidate, wrote an article, “Accusations of Unethical Treatment of Humans by the EPA Results In Unpleasant Implications,” for the current issue of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.  She used the E&E Legal suit against the EPA – which sought to halt the agency’s immoral human experimentation of the impact of PM2.5 – as the basis for her piece.

She concludes that the “EPA is not taking these allegations as seriously as it should and why the ATI’s lawsuit, and other suits like it, should be permitted to proceed in our courts of law as they constitute potential violations of human rights in contravention of the Nuremberg Code.”
