E&E Legal, the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), the Heartland Institute, Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT), the International Climate Science Coalition (ICSC), and Truth in Energy and Climate released another version of “Climate Fact Check,” this time for February 2025. As the report notes in the introduction, “President Trump has changed the climate for “climate change.” Among the many actions he is taking to reverse US climate policy from the direction it’s been headed in for the past 36-plus years, the one that stands out the most is the President’s move to review and (hopefully) reverse the 2009 decision by the US Environmental Protection Agency that emissions of greenhouse gases harm the public health and welfare.”
The groups released similar reports in previous months, and the January 2025 edition was named, Counter-Narrative Reality vs. Counter-Reality Narrative. As the report notes, “It was a busy January keeping track of President Trump’s first steps toward dismantling of the federal government’s Climate Leviathan. It was also a very cold January and that’s what this edition of Climate Fact Check will cover.” The December 2024 edition was a compilation of the “Best of the Year.” Following are the remaining 2024 reports: January, 2024, February 2024, March 2024, April 2024, May 2024, June 2024, July 2024, August 2024, September 2024, October 2024, and November 2024.
