On April 9, 2026, during the 2nd and final night of Heartland’s 16th International Conference on Climate Change, held in Washington, D.C., Steve Milloy, E&E Legal Senior Policy Fellow and Junkscience.com Founder, received the distinguished Dauntless Purveyor of Climate Truth Award. The award is given to those who are “courageously standing up to the climate agenda and tirelessly speaking the truth.”
Milloy, a biostatistician and attorney, has dedicated his career to exposing “junk science.” He has spent more than 30 years challenging the official government, media, and corporate narrative on climate along with other supposed Deep State sacred cows that are simply control mechanisms in the name of science and health.
Milloy said during his acceptance speech, “I don’t do this for awards or prizes or money…I do this because I can’t stand the lying.”
