E&E Legal signed on to a letter coordinated by American Energy Alliance (AEA) to Speaker Paul Ryan and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy urging them to bring up a Sense of Congress resolution that states a carbon tax would be harmful to the U.S. economy.  Nearly twenty other free-market organizations signed onto the letter.
