Under President Donald Trump, EPA has begun a concerted effort to end corruption and bring transparency to the science used by the agency to underpin regulations. EPA has ended the use of secret science, instilling rules to increase transparency and testability of the science used by the agency, has reformed how it staffs scientific advisory committees, and is taking a more realistic approach on risk of exposure to low-levels of radiation, chemicals and potential toxins.
