A federal district court for the District of Columbia has upheld the Trump administration’s crackdown on cronyism within the Environmental Protection Agency.

Tuesday’s ruling in the case Physicians for Social Responsibility vs. Wheeler was a big win for the Trump administration—but the case is far from settled, said Steve Milloy, a member of the Trump EPA transition team, following Tuesday’s ruling.

“Given the unlimited resources of the Left … we can expect future court challenges before it’s etched in stone,” Milloy said.
